iWork is an incredibly useful productivity suite which includes the applications: Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. Have you ever needed to share your iWork documents with someone running a PC with Microsoft Office? In this video blog, we will be going over how to export Pages, Numbers, and Keynote files as Microsoft Office documents.

Step by Step Instructions

Pages

Step 1: Open Pages and select a document.

Step 2: Go to File, Export To, Word.

Step 3: Press Advanced Options

Step 4: Select the format of the Word document. Either .docx or .doc.

Numbers

Step 1: Open Numbers and select a document.

Step 2: Go to File, Export To, Excel.

Step 3: Press Advanced Options

Step 4: Select the format of the Excel document. Either .xls or .xlsx.

Keynote

Step 1: Open Keynote and select a file.

Step 2: Go to File, Export To, PowerPoint.

Step 3: Press Advanced Options

Step 4: Select the format of the PowerPoint file. Either .ppt or .pptx.
